GRANERGIZE Web App

The GRANERGIZE Web App is an open-source web application for browsing and comparing the energy consumption of logistics buildings. It was developed at the Chair of Technical Information Systems at FAU as part of GRANERGIZE (“Graph-based data space for energy-efficient logistics real estate”), an IGF research project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs (BMWK) and carried out together with Fraunhofer IIS and industry partners.

Building and energy data is modelled with the Granergize Ontology and stored in each user’s own Solid Pod, so owners keep control over what they share and with whom. Users import their building portfolio from spreadsheets and explore it on a map, in benchmarks, pivot tables and load-profile charts, enriched with Linked Data such as weather data, regional statistics and building models. The app is written in TypeScript with React.
